The Queer Agenda began as a way for me to blend my passions of photography, activism and queer history together. To document what it means to be an LGBTQ+ person today. But no single person can tell the whole story. The queer community is wide, vibrant, and complex, so I need your help.
This archive exists because of the support and kindness of LGBTQ+ people. If you want your voice and memories to live here, to be archived and remembered you are welcome to submit to The Queer Agenda.
What can I submit?
- A photo from your everyday life.
- A diary entry or personal reflection.
- A short piece on what being LGBTQ+ means to you.
- Events, places and people important to you.
What do I include?
- Your name and pronouns (you can also remain anonymous if preferred)
- Your age.
- Where you are from.
- Your submission (photos, text, etc) max 250MB.
IMPORTANT.
By emailing a submission to The Queer Agenda, you give permission for it to be used/shared on the website and social media. Submissions are reviewed manually.
Finally, send your submissions via email here.
